We agree your selected services in writing. Immigration advice, legal advice and tax advice require the appropriate specialists; they are separate from our practical relocation support.

A move you can keep track of

You make the decisions.
We coordinate
the details.

A property search, a removal company and an arrival date all affect one another. We bring the agreed tasks into one plan, so you know what needs to happen next.

See how it works
01

Choose with local context.

We look at your actual commute, budget and daily needs when comparing areas and homes. You decide which options work for you.

02

Know who is doing what.

Your coordinator keeps track of the tasks we have agreed to manage and flags the documents, approvals or choices we need from you.

03

Keep specialist advice in the right hands.

We coordinate with your appointed advisers. A regulated immigration adviser handles visa advice; qualified professionals handle legal and tax questions.

How it works

Know the next step.
Before you take it.

We start with your plans, agree what we will handle and coordinate the move around the decisions that matter.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your move.

Share your destination, intended date, who is moving and where you need help. For a business move, tell us about the office and employees involved.

    We clarify your priorities.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope and fee.

We confirm available support, responsibilities and a realistic sequence. Your written quote sets out our services, their limits and separate costs.

    You decide before work starts.

  3. 03

    Move with a coordinated plan.

We organise the agreed tasks with you and the relevant providers, then help you complete the settling-in steps included in your service.

    You know what happens next.

Fees & scope

Pay for the help
your move needs.

Your quote depends on the destination, number of people, timing and services you choose. Tell us your plans and we will set out the scope and fee before you commit.

See indicative prices

Our service fee

Your quote names the tasks we will handle and any limits, such as search areas, viewings or support duration. It also states whether VAT applies.

Your moving and third-party costs

Rent, deposits, travel, removals, government fees and specialist advisers are separate unless your quote expressly includes them.

Need help with only part of the move? We can scope that too.

Before you move

A few things
you may be
wondering.

Have a question about your own plans? Include it in your enquiry.

Tell us about your move
Do you help with moves outside London?

London is our local focus. For another UK destination, tell us where you plan to move. We will confirm the support we can provide there before preparing a quote.

Can we start while I am still abroad?

Yes. We can discuss your plans remotely, compare areas and coordinate the agreed preparations before you travel. Viewings, referencing and booking requirements depend on the property and provider.

Can you advise on visas or immigration?

We provide practical relocation coordination. A suitably regulated immigration adviser must assess your eligibility and give visa advice. We can coordinate your moving timeline with your appointed adviser. UK authorities make visa decisions.

Does opening a UK company give me the right to live there?

No. Company registration and permission to live or work in the UK are separate matters. Before committing to a move, ask a regulated immigration adviser to assess the options for you and any employees.

When should I get in touch?

As soon as you know your likely destination, date and work or study plans. We will plan around the relevant permissions, housing availability and any school or course deadlines. Let us know if your dates are still flexible.

Can you guarantee a home, school place or bank account?

No. We help you research options, organise information and coordinate the practical steps. Landlords, schools, banks and other providers make their own decisions and apply their own requirements.

Start with your plans

Tell us where
you want to be.
Let’s plan the move.

Share the essentials. We will review the support you need and discuss the scope before preparing a quote.

What happens next?

We clarify your requirements, confirm whether we can help in your destination and explain what your service would cover.

What do you need help with?

Please do not include passport details or other sensitive documents.
