One London serviced or coworking office for up to 10 people, with up to 4 weeks of coordination. Registration, legal work and tax advice remain with your appointed professionals.

Registration fees, advisers, premises, fit-out and employee relocation are separate costs.

Viewings and provider acceptance depend on availability; your proposal confirms the search period, support limits and payment terms.

The amounts above are service fees. These expenses are outside the guide fees and depend on the providers and options you choose.

Your home or accommodation
Rent, deposits, temporary stays, utilities, council tax and any guarantor-service charges.
The journey and belongings
Flights, airport transfers, removals, shipping, storage and insurance.
Specialist and official costs
Immigration, legal and tax advice, visa and registration fees, school fees or tuition where relevant.
Your business premises
Office rent, deposits, business rates, equipment, fit-out and supplier subscriptions.

We identify separate costs in your proposal and seek your approval before making commitments on your behalf.

Will my quote be within the range shown?

The ranges are planning guides for the stated London scopes. A wider search, additional people, specialist needs, an urgent arrival or another destination may need a different fee. We explain the scope and price before you commit.

Is VAT included?

Yes. The guide fees include any applicable VAT rather than adding it to the displayed amounts. Your proposal and invoice state the total payable and the VAT treatment that applies to your service.

What if the move changes or no suitable home is secured?

Your proposal sets out the search limits, when fees become payable and the terms for changes, cancellation or an unsuccessful search. We do not continue beyond the agreed scope without discussing it with you. Any extension and fee require your approval.

Can you price several employees or an office opening together?

Yes. Tell us the number of households, arrival dates and office requirements. We prepare a combined scope, identify shared coordination tasks and set out each part of the fee. Employee moves are not included in the office-setup guide price.

Do I have to buy a full package?

No. Tell us what you have already arranged and what still needs attention. We can scope selected tasks, a planning session or settling-in support without a home search.
