What we take care of

The practical work
behind a UK move.

A start date is only one part of the move. Your employee also needs somewhere to live, a workable commute and a plan for their family. Choose the services they need; we coordinate them within the scope you approve.

01

Pre-move planning

We turn the assignment brief into a practical plan, so HR and the employee know what needs to happen before travel.

  • Confirm dates, household needs and the office location.
  • Map tasks, responsibilities and approval points.
  • Plan around your relocation policy and agreed budget.
02

Home & area search

We help employees compare places to live against the rental budget, commute and day-to-day needs.

  • Research suitable areas and available rental homes.
  • Coordinate viewings and contact with letting agents.
  • Help organise referencing information and move-in arrangements.
03

Temporary accommodation

When arrival and a permanent home do not line up, we help arrange a place to stay while the search continues.

  • Compare furnished options near work or schools.
  • Check the stay length, facilities and booking terms.
  • Coordinate approved bookings and any extension requests.
04

Removals & arrival

We bring the moving parts into one schedule, so employees know when their belongings arrive and how they will reach their accommodation.

  • Gather removals and storage quotes for approval.
  • Coordinate collection, delivery and building access.
  • Arrange airport transfers and key collection if needed.
05

Family & school support

We bring family needs into the housing plan early, so the move works around school, childcare and everyday life.

  • Research school and nursery options in relevant areas.
  • Explain published application steps and coordinate visits.
  • Help partners get to know transport, local services and the neighbourhood.
06

Settling-in support

We help employees work through the practical tasks that follow arrival, with follow-up support for the period you agree.

  • Help organise utilities, broadband and council tax registration.
  • Explain bank account and GP registration steps.
  • Check outstanding move-in tasks and coordinate follow-ups.

You choose the support and limits in your proposal. Property availability, rental approval, school places and bank accounts depend on the relevant providers; we cannot guarantee their decisions.

How we work together

From your brief
to their first weeks.

You keep control of the policy and spending decisions. We organise the practical work around the employee, the destination and your approved plan.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the move.

Share the destination, likely dates, number of employees and your policy or budget. We clarify household needs and any work already covered by your team.

    You get a defined brief.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope and fee.

We set out the services, limits, responsibilities and timing. You approve our fee and how third-party costs will be authorised before work begins.

    You get a written proposal.

  3. 03

    Coordinate the move.

We work with the employee and approved suppliers, align dates with your advisers and keep HR informed of progress and decisions.

You get updates and approval requests.

  4. 04

    Settle in and hand over.

We support the agreed tasks after arrival, follow up on outstanding items and confirm what is complete when the service period ends.

    You get a completion summary.

Scope & cost control

Choose the support.
Agree the cost.

Our fee depends on the destination, number of households, timing and services you choose. We can scope a single employee move, selected tasks or a small team arriving in stages.

See indicative prices

Included in our agreed fee

A named coordinator, your relocation plan, the services listed in your proposal and agreed HR updates. We specify limits such as search areas, viewings and support duration, and state whether VAT applies.

Costs quoted separately

Accommodation, rent, deposits, removals, storage, travel, school fees, government charges and specialist advice are separate unless expressly included. Additional services need your approval.

Already have a letting agent, mover or adviser? We can work around them.

Can you help with just one employee?

Yes. We can scope support for a single employee or a small team. For several moves, we agree a common approval process and plan each household around its own needs and arrival date.

What if we do not have a relocation policy?

We can help you define a practical brief: which services you will fund, spending limits, who approves costs and when support ends. Your HR and legal advisers should review employment terms and any formal policy.

How early should we start?

Get in touch once you have a likely destination and assignment date. We work backwards from the relevant permissions, accommodation needs and school deadlines. If dates are uncertain, we identify which preparations can start and which commitments should wait.

What happens if the arrival date changes?

We review the affected tasks, check supplier availability and booking terms, then set out revised options for approval. Extensions, cancellation charges and additional work depend on the provider’s terms and your agreed scope.

Do you handle visas and sponsorship?

We coordinate practical relocation alongside your appointed adviser. We do not assess visa eligibility, give immigration advice or take over sponsor compliance. A suitably regulated immigration professional should advise on the appropriate route and applications. Your company remains responsible for right-to-work checks and its sponsor duties.

Can you support a move outside London?

London is our local focus. Tell us the destination and services you need for another UK location. We will confirm the support we can deliver there before preparing your proposal.

Plan your employee relocation

Who is moving
to your UK office?
Let’s plan their start.

Tell us the essentials. We will clarify the support you need, confirm what we can deliver and prepare a proposal with scope and fees.
