Before you travel
A place to live. A plan for getting there.
There is more to organise than a flight. We bring your housing search, bookings and arrival arrangements into one practical plan.
01 / Pre-arrival planning
Work back from your course start.
We build a checklist around the dates your university and accommodation provider confirm.
Bring enrolment, welcome events and move-in dates together.
Map out decisions, bookings and an outline moving budget.
Identify gaps between your planned arrival and room access.
02 / Accommodation search
Find a room that fits your student life.
We help you compare available accommodation against your budget, living preferences and the campus you will actually attend.
Shortlist areas, residences and private rentals.
Compare travel times, facilities and household bills.
Coordinate viewings, including remote options where offered.
03 / Booking preparation
Know what to ask before you commit.
We gather the provider’s published requirements and help you organise questions and application documents.
Clarify payment dates, deposits and any guarantor requirement.
Ask about cancellation if your course or visa plans change.
Confirm check-in instructions and what your room includes.
04 / Arrival coordination
Plan the journey all the way to your door.
We connect your travel plans with key collection, so you know where to go and who to contact on arrival.
Plan public transport or arrange an optional airport transfer.
Coordinate your arrival slot and provider-approved late check-in.
Help arrange a temporary stay or luggage delivery if needed.
You choose your accommodation and sign your own agreement. Availability, eligibility and acceptance are decided by the provider. We do not guarantee a room or provide legal advice on a contract.
Choose with the full picture
Compare the living costs. And the life around them.
A room’s weekly price is only part of the decision. We help you compare the practical details before you choose.

What we help you check
University halls
Through your university’s accommodation service.
Application deadlines, eligibility, room facilities and whether the stay covers the dates you need.
Private student residences
Directly with a specialist accommodation provider.
Room type, included bills, payment schedule, guarantor requirements and cancellation terms.
A room or flat to rent
Through a landlord or letting agent.
Travel to campus, referencing, shared responsibilities, separate bills and applicable tenancy terms.
We ask about the details that matter to you, including step-free access, shared facilities or a quiet place to study. Providers confirm what is available.
We work through an agreed settling-in checklist with you and follow up on outstanding tasks during your support period.
Already have your accommodation? Choose arrival and settling-in support on their own.
05
Everyday setup
Help with banking and SIM application steps, finding a local GP and understanding registration. For private rentals, we help organise utilities and find the council’s student exemption process where relevant.
You apply in your own name. Providers decide eligibility and acceptance.
06
Local orientation & university contacts
Plan your route to campus and find everyday shops and transport. We help you locate your university’s welcome programme, student support teams and societies, so you know where to take your next questions.
University enrolment, academic support and welfare services remain with your institution.
How it works
Tell us your plans. Choose your support.
One coordinator for the work we agree. You stay in control of your choices and approve costs before bookings are made.

Share where you are heading.
Tell us your university or destination, likely dates, housing budget and what you have already arranged. We can start remotely.
We clarify the help you need.

Agree the scope and quote.
We confirm what we can deliver, the tasks included and the support period. You choose which parts to go ahead with.
You know the fee before we start.
03
Work through your move.
We coordinate the agreed search, arrival and setup tasks, keeping you informed about progress and decisions that need your input.
You have a plan and a point of contact.
Fees & scope
Choose the help that fits your move.
Your quote depends on the destination, timing and tasks you choose. We explain the scope and total payable for our services, including VAT where applicable.
The written proposal sets out the work included, search and viewing limits, and support duration. Any additional work needs your approval.
Your separate costs
Rent, deposits, travel, temporary stays, bills, tuition and specialist advice are separate unless expressly included. Our fee pays for agreed assistance; it is not a university or NHS registration charge.
You can choose one part of the move or several.
Before you book
A few things you may be wondering.
Our service is for international students aged 18 and over, including undergraduates, postgraduates and exchange students.
Can you arrange my university place or student visa?+
We handle practical relocation. Your university handles admissions and, where applicable, issues your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). For immigration advice, use your university’s authorised advice service or a suitably regulated immigration adviser. Confirm your permission to study and travel before making commitments.
What if I do not have a UK guarantor?+
Tell us before the search starts. We ask providers which arrangements they accept and help you check whether your university offers any support. We cannot act as a guarantor or guarantee acceptance. Payment rules differ between accommodation types, so we do not assume that paying more rent upfront is an option.
Can you help me arrange housing while I am abroad?+
Yes. We can research options, contact providers and coordinate remote viewings where available. Before you pay, we help you check the booking channel and get the provider’s terms in writing. A shortlist is not a reservation; you must receive the provider’s confirmation.
What happens if my visa or course start is delayed?+
We can help you contact accommodation and travel providers about changes. Their cancellation and refund terms apply, and a delay does not automatically entitle you to a refund. We raise these questions before you book and revise the agreed moving plan when dates change.
Can my parents help organise the move?+
Yes. Parents can join the planning conversation. As our service is for adults, we agree with the student what information can be shared and who is involved in decisions. We do not provide guardianship or a 24-hour emergency service.
Do you cover universities outside London?+
London is our local focus. Tell us your destination and the support you need; we will confirm what we can deliver there before quoting. We do not assume the same accommodation arrangements or rules apply across the UK.
