Practical relocation support

From choosing an area
to getting the keys.

Tell us what your everyday life needs to look like: your budget, commute, household and priorities. We turn that into a plan and coordinate the tasks you ask us to handle.

01 / Before the move

Know what needs to happen, and when.

We build a practical moving plan around your dates and household, so you can see what to prepare, book and decide next.

  • Set priorities, likely timing and an outline moving budget.
  • Identify the tasks you will handle and those we will coordinate.
  • Keep housing, travel and delivery arrangements in step.
02 / Area & home search

Find a place that fits your daily life.

We help you compare neighbourhoods and rental homes against your budget, travel needs and the space your household needs.

  • Compare areas, transport links and realistic travel times.
  • Shortlist available homes and coordinate viewings.
  • Help organise the information letting agents request.
03 / Temporary stays & move-in

Have somewhere to arrive.

If you need a temporary base, we help you compare furnished stays while you look for a longer-term home.

  • Check location, facilities, stay length and booking terms.
  • Coordinate the booking you approve and key collection.
  • Help organise check-in, meter readings and inventory queries.
04 / Removals & arrival

Bring your belongings and travel plans together.

We coordinate the suppliers and arrival arrangements you choose, so deliveries and access follow the same schedule.

  • Gather removals and storage quotes for you to compare.
  • Coordinate collection, delivery and access to your home.
  • Arrange an airport transfer if you need one.

Home searches depend on availability and the landlord’s requirements. We help with the process; landlords and accommodation providers decide whether to accept an application or booking.

05 / Family & school support

Plan the school run
alongside the
home search.

Moving with children means thinking about schools, childcare and daily travel together. We help you research the options before you decide where to live.

01

Understand the local options.

We research state and independent schools or nurseries in the areas you are considering, using your children’s ages and your priorities.

02

Prepare the next steps.

We help you understand published application procedures, coordinate visits and organise questions for the school or local authority.

03

Build a workable daily routine.

We consider the journey to school, work and local services as part of your area search, so you can compare more than the property itself.

School places depend on admissions criteria and availability. We cannot guarantee a place or advise on immigration eligibility.

06 / Your first weeks

Get everyday life
up and running.

Once you have arrived, there are still accounts to set up and local services to find. We work through the agreed checklist with you and follow up on unfinished tasks during your support period.

What we can help you organise

  • Utilities, broadband & council tax

Identify the relevant providers, help with account setup and coordinate agreed installation appointments.

  • Banking & mobile connection

Explain providers’ published application steps and documents, and help you organise appointments where needed.

  • GP registration & local services

Help you find a local GP surgery and understand the registration process, transport and nearby everyday services.

You choose your providers and sign your own agreements. Providers make their own acceptance and availability decisions.

How it works

A clear plan.
A person to turn to.

Your coordinator brings the agreed tasks together and keeps you informed. You stay in control of your choices and spending.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your move.

Share who is moving, where you are considering, your likely dates and the help you need. We can start with a remote conversation while you are still abroad.

    We clarify your priorities.

  2. 02

    Choose your support.

We set out the services, limits, fee and timing in a written proposal. You decide what to include and approve costs before bookings are made.

You receive a scope and quote.

  3. 03

    Move with a practical plan.

We coordinate the agreed preparations, arrival and settling-in tasks. Your plan shows what happens next and what still needs your decision.

You have one contact for the agreed work.

Fees & scope

Pay for the help
your move needs.

Your quote depends on the destination, household, timing and services you choose. We agree the scope and fee before you commit, whether you need help with a home search or several parts of the move.

See indicative prices

Our coordination and service fee

Your proposal lists the tasks we will handle and the limits, such as search areas, viewings and support duration. It states the total payable for our services, including VAT where applicable.

Your accommodation and moving costs

Rent, deposits, temporary accommodation, removals, travel, household bills, school fees and specialist advice are separate unless expressly included. Any additional work needs your approval.

We explain what is included and what you will pay separately.

Can we start before I arrive in the UK?

Yes. We can discuss your plans remotely, research areas and prepare a shortlist before you travel. We can ask agents about remote viewings where available. Rental checks, viewing arrangements and booking requirements depend on the property and provider.

Can you tell me which visa to apply for?

We provide practical relocation support, not immigration advice. A suitably regulated immigration adviser should assess the options for you and any family members. We can coordinate the moving timetable with your appointed adviser once the relevant milestones are clear.

What if I do not have a UK rental or credit history?

Tell us early. We can ask letting agents what evidence they accept for your circumstances and help you organise the information they request. We cannot bypass affordability or referencing checks, provide a guarantor or guarantee acceptance. Right-to-rent checks also apply to most private tenancies in England.

How long does a relocation take?

There is no single timeline. It depends on your permissions, housing availability, household needs and supplier dates. After the first conversation, we identify the main dependencies and set out a proposed schedule. Tell us if your arrival date is fixed or still flexible.

Can you help if I have already found a home?

Yes. We can scope the remaining tasks, such as removals, arrival arrangements, school research or setting up everyday services. We agree where our work begins and what you have already arranged.

Do you help with destinations outside London?

London is our local focus. For another UK destination, tell us where you plan to live and what support you need. We will confirm what we can deliver there before preparing a quote.

Tell us about your move

Where do you want
to make your
new home?

Share your destination, likely dates and the help you need. We will clarify your requirements and prepare a proposal with scope and fees.

You do not need every detail yet.

Let us know what is decided and what is still open. We will confirm the support we can provide before you commit.
